By signing up or using Brave CX, you agree to these Terms.

02Services

We offer a platform to send WhatsApp messages through Meta's Business API. Features include:

Campaign builder
Chatbot tools
Broadcast automation
CRM integrations
WhatsApp green tick support

03Your Responsibilities

You agree:

To use Brave CX only with customer consent (opt-in)
To NOT use Brave CX for spam, scams, illegal content, or impersonation
To follow Meta's Business Messaging Policy

Note: Violating this will result in suspension or termination without refund.

04Billing & Refunds

Usage and subscription fees apply. Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly mentioned in our Refund Policy.

05Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:

Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging
Abuse of platform resources
Violation of Meta's terms

06Liability

Brave Ventures is not responsible for:

Account bans by Meta
Message delivery failures
Customer loss due to misuse of our tools

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

07Law & Jurisdiction

These terms follow Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Uttar Pradesh.
